A comprehensive knowledge transfer programme for third sector organisations wishing to provide motivational transferrable skills courses to women.
Many women have little confidence in their abilities and do not believe that they have the skills to gain employment or to start a business. Our methodology uses the experiences of their everyday lives as carers and homemakers to demonstrate to women that they already have many of the basic skills required to become economically active.
Our programme is also valuable as a general confidence-building tool. It is available both for women who are literate and numerate and those who are not.
We offer a comprehensive knowledge transfer programme to third sector organisations wishing to provide transferrable skills courses directly to beneficiaries.

They have also been delivered in Italy and Spain. Our methodology is based on the ‘transformational’ approach that reaches out to the client, proceeds at her pace, and takes into account all factors, which might potentially affect her ability to start and maintain her business, rather than the traditional ‘transactional’ method of support which focuses on generic basic business skills.
