Our services

Below is a non exhaustive list of services we currently offer and provide to Public Sector organisations. Besides we offer customized consultancy, keynote speeches and workshops provision.

A comprehensive knowledge transfer programme for public sector organisations wishing to provide motivational transferrable skills courses to women.

Many women have little confidence in their abilities and do not believe that they have the skills to gain employment or to start a business. Our methodology uses the experiences of their everyday lives as carers and homemakers to demonstrate to women that they already have many of the basic skills required to become economically active.

Our programme is also valuable as a general confidence-building tool. It is available both for women who are literate and numerate and those who are not.

A comprehensive knowledge transfer programme for public sector organisations wishing to provide start-up courses to women.

Our business start-up programmes have been extensively tested in the UK and have received both government and industry awards for best practice in the field. They have also been delivered in Italy and Spain. Our methodology is based on the ‘transformational’ approach that reaches out to the client, proceeds at her pace, and takes into account all factors, which might potentially affect her ability to start and maintain her business, rather than the traditional ‘transactional’ method of support which focuses on generic basic business skills.

A comprehensive best-practice course for public sector organisations which support women in starting and growing their businesses.

“How to Mentor Women” explains the transformational approach to business support, discusses gender-specific barriers to business and offers step-by-step training in supporting women at every stage of the enterprise cycle.

The course is accompanied by a manual.

We believe that 21st century girls face unprecedented pressures from the demands of a burgeoning digital economy, the cultural pressures of social media and a global community with diverse and sometimes incompatible cultural perceptions of their roles in our world.

We have developed a series of programmes to help girls to

  • Enjoy increased self-esteem and assertiveness skills
  • Develop an increased awareness of their economic and employment possibilities
  • Increase their personal and employment aspirations, particularly in the context of the digital economy
  • Increase their awareness of enterprise as a route to personal and professional independence and understand the enterprise possibilities of their chosen fields of interest
  • Develop their networking and relationship skills
  • Increase their awareness of leadership skills and both historical and current role models
  • Take increased responsibility for their personal learning
  • Improve their financial competence and their understanding of the wider economy
  • Raise their awareness of their responsibilities in society as well as their rights

In our experience, as well as benefiting from the more tangible objectives of our programmes, students often become more supportive, encouraging and respectful of others in their group. This has lasting benefits, impacting upon their future self-esteem, and thus performance, as they have built a natural peer network, which they tend to nurture themselves.

Each ‘Off you Grow’ package is tailored to the requirements of the organisations using our services. WE Europe can provide direct delivery or offer a train the trainer course on theory and out methodology in supporting girls, together with a trainer manual and materials for all modules.

We can provide

  • An in-depth review of public sector organisations’ activity through a ‘gender lens’ in order to establish whether policies, services and communications are gender-sensitive.
  • Development of appropriate gender-sensitive policy, good practice standards and effective gender marketing, which is individually tailored to the needs of each client.

A comprehensive knowledge transfer programme for public sector organisations wishing to build their capacity to develop values-driven leadership training for women and to offer other values-driven leadership services.

Anchored on the principles around Values Driven Leadership and more recent thinking on mindfulness in leadership training, this programme takes an innovative approach in recognising that many women are innately motivated by the need to achieve ‘more than profit’; that they are motivated by ‘Social Conscience’ and Principled Conscience’.

The global challenges of the last few years have taught us that performance, when based on the pursuit of profit alone, is both ethically undesirable and economically unsound. Organisations powered by leaders who are driven by values, as well as being highly profit-aware, are increasingly emerging as economic winners in the new global economy.

We have applied the latest research and thinking on the relationship between value-based leadership and performance to develop our Programme, originally in collaboration with the University of Birmingham Business School.

Themes will include:

  • Sales through relationships; emotional intelligence and the bottom line
  • Influence as the new power; impact is bigger than size
  • The anatomy of growth; new approaches to finance, strategic planning and operational management.

We offer a comprehensive knowledge transfer programme to public sector organisations wishing to build their capacity to develop values-driven leadership services. This includes face-to-face training, supporting materials, on-going mentoring, refresher courses, regular updates on the latest theory and practice in the field and accreditation opportunities.
